I am committed to fostering confidence, fulfillment,
fun, achievement, and awareness in young people.

I have 14 years teaching and tutoring experience at the
college, high school, middle school, and elementary school
levels. I've taught test prep, math, language arts, writing,
social studies, ecology, sports, social skills, and more.

I have degrees in Anthropology and Law, I design
educational games, I have helped dozens of families
preserve their family stories, and I volunteer with several
animal-related organizations in the Bay Area, including
the Marine Mammal Center and the Golden Gate
Raptor Observatory.

I try hard to model a passion for creative exploration,
and I am committed to nurturing children's natural
senses of Wonder, Empathy, and Creativity. I believe
that we need more adults with these qualities.
